This is Akihabara Itasha 痛車style.
A while ago a friend an I hatched a plan to create something like this. Skate Maids themed celica TA base.
with so many projects on, its just a case of get it done.
And the results are good.
Decals worked a lot better than expected.
And the resulting beast will have some delicate aggression.
Such is the theme.
