RC DRIFT QLD - SWAPS

RC Drift QLD Swap Meet today. 

The cheap sell of high quality is a tough ask for my bodies. So thinning down the collection was not done today. Wheels however were swapped and sold. 

Then Drift Time. Jay's awesome R33 debut. 

R33 in RC scale looks a bit small compared to widebody S14s.

S1de window shape is very S14. The paint and scheme looks great. 

Shiny black camera reflection. 

Didn't sell / swap my A90, so I threw it on the YD2-RX. Wow what a difference a bit of aero makes. 

This one might have to stay.

RC Drift QLD Session

 

It's been a while since I drove with some ol' friends

Although almost ten years have passed. A certain familiarity returned. 

The YD-2 might need some maintenance and a few changes to get it super speed competitive. But as long as I can just rip a good line up front. everything is fun.

I spent a lot of time talking and driving. 

But I did manage to get a couple of shots with Dagul's JZX100
