These bits and pieces should add another angle to my project. 85 degrees!!! hahaha
the spur adapter is a necessary item.
but these TN lower extensions and Upper arm mounts. Will work in with parts from
this Type C conversion. Most of which will go to a better cause.
My 2 wheel drive body of choice.............. Tamiya Mazda Rx7. with a few RE-Xtreme additions of course.
Looks like you're kicking things into high gear with the RWD project as well! Looking forward to the build~

Well, it was all as planned.
ReplyDeleteWhat i didn't plan was breaking the rear spool. So I can't test anything until a replacement comes. :(
I think you planned not to use Gyro for your RWD car
ReplyDeleteI have one... maybe... see how I go.
DeleteCan you please measure lenght of these wrap-up lower arms for me? :)
ReplyDeleteDo they prevent using CVDs or are able to use with them?
Thank you in advance.

DeleteWhere did you get the TN Upper Arm pins? I cant seem to find them anywhere :)
ReplyDeletein rc-art is not available 2.5mm Y arms
ReplyDeleteI use Super Rajicon
ReplyDeleteemail from their site.
TN-628 are the pins. TN and Wrap Up update their blog more than their site.
Hallo,
ReplyDeletewould these Y lower arms fit the DIB (without modifications)? I'm considering buying those arms but don't want to buy them and find out they don't fit. As you also have a DIB, I thought you would be the best person to ask this.
Thnx!!!
there are 2 versions sold.
ReplyDeletethe suspension pins are a different size for the main bushings.
2.5mm for drift package or 3mm (I think this is DIB )
you would need some extra parts to complete the lower arm ball joints etc
but i think it's possible to fit with the extra parts.
